Christine and Glenn Engagement

Two weeks ago AG2 went to Liberty State Park for an engagement shoot with Christine and Glenn. It was a little chilly that morning, but Chris and Glen got comfortable with us after they got used to their surroundings. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the shoot. I can't wait to shoot the wedding in November. Congratulations on your engagement Chris and Glenn.

Apples and Apples

The other day we went to Melick's Farm in Oldwick, NJ for some apple picking fun. Unfortunately for us, the day we "picked" turned out to be one of the hottest days in September with temperatures well into the 90's. The outing was cut short due to the weather, but I was still able to get a handful of shots of some of the kids going apple crazy. Jack (Cowboy) Sicat and Gabriella Graham are pictured along with Angelo.

Lorna and Metin Engagement

AG2 did an engagement session a few weeks ago with Lorna and Metin. I have to say that Lorna and Metin are two of the sweetest people I've had the pleasure to photograph. They were so much fun.

Flocy and Chris

Over the July 4th weekend I took some pictures of my brother-in-law Chris and his wife Flocy.   They were married years ago and have three beautiful daughters, but will be getting married in church for the first time this November. Here are some pictures from that weekend.

I.J.A.

Ian Joseph Aralar was born on April 21, 2008. Weighing in at 5 pounds 10 ounces and nearly 3 weeks earlier than expected. The birth of my second son was the excuse I needed to get moving on this blog and release my first post.

The last few weeks have been hectic to say the least. One minute rushing my wife (along with my first son Angelo) to the emergency room in the middle of the night and the next minute having a new baby in my arms. Then one week after coming home from the hospital, baby Ian was fighting an infection and had to be hospitalized again. A weekend at Raritan Bay Medical Center complete with needles, catheters, IV fluids, and antibiotics was all he needed. Ian is doing fine now and is better than ever. I thank our family and friends for all the love and support.

Just over a month old now, Ian weighs 9 pounds 5 ounces and is tough as nails with scars from the IV and heel sticks to prove it. By the way, my wife Maricel is the most amazing mother that two young boys could have. Expect the next post after the birth of my third son. LOL!!! I need some sleep...
